All orders are processed after successful payment. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Custom orders are not eligible for returns.

3. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India within 5–7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary during peak periods or due to external delays.

4. Returns & Exchanges
